We’ve been thinking about starting our very own CTWorkingMoms virtual workout group! We’d create a platform right here on the website where you can post Monday-Friday about what you did each day to get yourself moving. For me personally, and I think for a lot of working moms, my small window of time to exercise is before the baby gets up in the morning (5 AM). It can be SO hard to get motivated at that hour, trust me, I know!
Perhaps if we create our own community of fellow working moms that are looking to fit in some exercise time, we’ll all be inspired and motivated to achieve whatever exercise related goals we have. It might be easier to get up early in the morning knowing that a fellow working mom in CT is too!
There won’t be a fee to participate and at least one CTWorkingMoms.com blogger will post in the forum each day during the work-week.
