jillianI’ve done a couple of these posts to my son, but this is the first to my daughter. Affirming for me what I wrote in an early post about ‘Becoming Mom‘, and how I’m a much better mom as my children form personalities than I was when they were infants. So here goes, an easy post to my beautiful daughter, inside and out.

You’re such a funny girl, making us laugh from the minute you get up to the time you go to bed. You sing at the top of your lungs whether in the house, store, or outside. I love your facial expressions. You’re so expressive and quite the little comedian. I always wanted a daughter, but I never imagined I’d be so lucky as to have you as my daughter.

At night you rub my back when you give me goodnight hugs and yell to me, “goodnight mommy, I love you”. You make my heart melt. I love how fast you are, and brave and bold. You’re not afraid of anything at the playground and are quick to brush yourself off after taking a tumble or a fall.

I love how you love your brother, and how he loves you.

I can’t believe I’m lucky enough to have you in my life and I know that dad and Don feel the same. You give us such a great deal of joy. Thank you Eeds Mageeds, for making out family complete.
