Have you read 50 Shades of Gray? Even if you haven’t, I think we can all have a communal chuckle at the title of this upcoming show at the Bushnell in Hartford:

Spank! The Fifty Shades Parody.

This looks like an absolutely HYSTERICAL musical and guess what? We are giving away two tickets! That’s right, if you win, you better be ready to grab a gal pal and head to this.

These tickets are good for only the night of October 25th at 7:30 PM.

Sorry, I’m still chuckling like a school girl about this.

  1. My wife and I are moms of two beautiful girls, a two year old and a 9 week old. My wife is a middle school teacher and I am a stay at home mom. We constantly joke about who has the scarier or more difficult job and always say we want to grow up to be Mr. Gray! We can’t even remember the last time we went on a date night and seeing SPANK would be a great one for us. We both read the Fifty Shades books and think a parody would be so funny to see. Please, please send us out for a night!!!!!!!!
    Thanks for your consideration,
    Sue

  2. Oh, how fun! I’ve been so involved working my two jobs, being a single mom and going to nursing school that I could definitely use a night of laughs with a girlfriend!

  3. Like many others, mommyhood has taken over my life, leaving little to no room for “adult” activities; definite need & would appreciate a night out with the hubster 🙂

  4. I want to see this because frankly I need a naughty and hysterical night out ( and maybe a spanking too)! My camera is charging and I have plenty of gal pals that will be willing to be my date!!!!!

  5. I’ve been married, brutally divorced, then briefly loved beyond measure by the right guy…and now I’m widowed. My life is comedy and tragedy. I need a does of laughter STAT!

  6. I would love to see this! I bet this show would give me an inside look to what my fiancé thought the story was about! My silly “50 Shades” story is I went to go visit my parents, and We were waiting for my father to come home- so my fiancé, my mother and I were sitting in the living room when my mom asked me how I was liking the book so far. I told her I liked it and we were talking about specifics in the book- completely forgetting about my fiancé sitting there! He was shocked and embarrassed- his face was priceless!

  7. My friend went to see this in Springfield and she said it is pee in your pants funny!!! I haven’t had a good laugh in A VERY long time!!! never mind a pee in my pants laugh!!! Please I hope you pick me!!!!

  8. Seems histerical, a Seems hysterical and I sure need a good laugh this month, would be a great way to end the month of October.

  9. I want, no need to see this because if I don’t broaden my entertainment to something other that Disney Jr I am going to lose my mind, I can sing any opening song on this channel as well as reinact Cars 2, Pocahontas, Hop and Puss in Boots (just to name a few).
