The tremendously sparkly Kate Street (of Essex, CT) brings her positive spirit and inspiring personality to CT Working Moms as our “Magical Monday” columnist. Kate is the founder of “My Everyday Magic” which she started well over 3 years ago as her own personal gratitude journal. She’s passionate about inspiring others to find the magic in their lives and as a mom of three, understands that sometimes finding the magic can be challenging, but so worthwhile.
Kate truly believes that just the simple habit of looking for the good in our everyday lives creates a WONDERFUL experience of daily joy and gratitude. So, she started her blog in August of 2009 and it’s been a magical whirlwind ever since! She even began venturing out of the house dressed as a fairy and her persona, The Sparkle Fairy, was born! Everywhere she goes she spreads the message of gratitude, self-love and acceptance.
Kate is married to her soulmate Graeme Street, home-schools her 3 boys and is passionate about co-creative gardening, pre-birth communication and empowered birth, and obsessed with anything that sparkles!
